Aoife O’Neill is a dedicated and compassionate psychotherapist with a diverse background in mental health. She holds an MSc in Systemic Psychotherapy and a Post-graduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), making her a well-rounded and versatile therapist. Aoife is registered with the Family Therapy Association of Ireland (FTAI), the Irish Council for Psychotherapy (ICP) and the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP), bringing both credibility and a broad range of skills to her practice.

Professional Journey:
Aoife’s career in mental health began as a youth advocate worker, where she developed a deep understanding of the challenges faced by young people. She has worked across multidisciplinary teams, community-level interventions, CAMHS, and private practice, gaining extensive experience with a variety of client needs.
Today, Aoife provides therapeutic interventions to adults, adolescents, children, and families in her private practice. She specializes in treating anxiety disorders, OCD, stress, low self-esteem, anger management, and psychosomatic symptoms. Her approach is client-centered, blending empathy with evidence-based practices to create a supportive, non-judgmental environment.
